Barry R. Donadio is native of New York who led a honorable career in the Volunteer Ambulance Service, Volunteer Fire Department, the Military, Law Enforcement, and the United States Secret Service. He was assigned to the White House to protect Presidents Bush and Obama. He also served in multiple Middle Eastern war zones during his career.
In 2013, he authored the book " TWA Flight 800 First Responder Witness Account". This is his account describing his actions during the rescue of TWA Flight 800 on July 17th 1996. In 2014 he was elected to the Queen Anne's County Republican Central Committee in Maryland.
He currently serves as President of Public Security LLC, which is a high end private security and investigation firm licensed in Maryland, New York and the District of Columbia. "The public now has the option to use a highly trusted private security company". "We are not a typical security company", Donadio said. He also went on to say "If you have a true security concern , we have a true solutions". " You can't afford not to have armed security at your site or event."
Private security is not new for Mr. Donadio. He first had a private investigation agency in New York back 1996. When he took a position in the Secret Service in 2002, he surrendered his New York Detective license in order to serve the U.S. Government. In 2013, Mr. Donadio moved back to the private sector and not only obtained his New York security and investigative licensing, but also obtained the same licensing in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Public Security LLC has proven itself to be quite an effective company. It provided services in Baltimore during the 2015 riots. The company successfully provided private security services for the 2016 10k run across the Bay Bridge on Kent Island. The event had 22,000 participants. The company has also provided confidential executive protection services to celebrities and politicians in Maryland and the Washington D.C. metro area.
In January 2017, Mr. Donadio was appointed as Sergeant at Arms of the entire Maryland Republican Party.
