HQL CLASS $150, September 7th, 2025. 10am to 3pm SUNDAY CLASS. Public Security LLC is hosting the newly updated Handgun Qualification License Class. This is the class that you need in order to buy a pistol in the state of Maryland. Our pistol instructor (Barry Donadio) has been instructing students for over 10 years and is a former member of the U.S. Secret Service. He was assigned to protect President's Bush and Obama at the White House while serving on the tactical Emergency Response Team (ERT). He will use his years of experience to make you the best. He has appeared in over 80 live tv interviews as a subject matter expert on national security, Secret Service and military strategy on major TV news networks. Barry Donadio, Former Secret Service Is Teaching Handgun Defense to Citizens.

Barry Donadio a former member of the U.S. Secret Service opened up his private security and detective agency in Maryland and New York in 2013. He also provides a vital service to the citizens of Maryland. Self defense with a pistol and other firearms. People in Maryland that are very serious about defending themselves with a vital have been seeking out Barry for years.
